Upcoming SBS Korean drama “Entertainer“, recently confirmed it’s main cast with Ji Sung, Hyeri, Kang Min Hyuk and Chae Jung An, and is now rounding up the supporting cast.

The drama is about a former top agent played by Ji Sung, who launches his own entertainment company and forms a band. As Ji Sung’s protégés and Kang Min Hyuk’s band mates joining the cast are Teen Top‘s L.Joe, 5urprise‘s Gong Myung, and Lee Tae Sun. Continue reading

2015 MBC Year End Drama Awards: Ji Sung wins the Daesang (Grand Prize)

MBC 2015 Drama Awards made many happy, being the first to finally give actor Ji Sung the much deserved Daesang (Grand Prize), for his incredible performance in “Kill Me Heal Me“. His co-stars Hwang Jung Eum and Park Seo Joon were the other big winners of the night, receiving Top Excellence actress, Director’s Award, and Popularity and Excellence actor and Popularity respectfully.

Not surprisingly and very much deservingly “Kill Me Heal Me” won Best Drama of the Year, but what brought a lot of smiles was when Ji Sung and Park Seo Joon won Best Couple for “Kill Me Heal Me”, and thier sweet and funny dynamic, where Park Seo Joon was the object of adoration by one of Ji Sung’s personalities, crazy teenager-girl Yo-na. Saying Goodbye to Ji Sung’s personalities with the end of drama ‘Kill Me, Heal Me’

Last night was the last episode of ‘Kill Me, Heal Me’ ending on a heartwarming note. ’Kill Me, Heal Me’ is without a doubt my favourite K-drama of the year with a great script, amazing directing and the outstanding acting of the whole team, from the leads to the supporting characters, that brought this story to life.

Ji Sung was brilliant playing every one of the seven personalities, making each and every one of them memorable. My personal favourite are Shin Se Ki and Ahn Yo Na, but Cha Do Hyun really stood out and won the hearts with his sweet kindness. Saying goodbye to them, as each of the personalities found some peace and took their leave, proved to be very emotional and left a strong impact. Continue reading
